FEES AND FAMILY DISCOUNTS

2026 Registration Fees:

We are excited to announce that registration for the Summer 2026 Soccer Season has opened!

Registration fees will rise $40 (late fee) for each age category AFTER the registration deadlines: 

• Deadline for Youth Soccer Registration (U11, U13, U15, & U18) is April 1st.

• Deadline for Vernon River & Eastern Eagles Mini Soccer Registration (U3, U5, U7, & U9) is May. 24th. 

• Deadline for Senior Soccer Registration (U18+) is April. 14th.

Youth players will be INELIGIBLE to play if the registration fees are not paid in full by April. 1st. 

If you need to arrange a payment plan or are receiving KidSport or Jumpstart funding, please reach out to the Registrar (Katelyn at easterneaglesoccer@gmail.com). Mini Registration fees are to be paid in full by June 30th.

EE & VR Mini Soccer:

U5 (Born in 2023, 2022, and 2021) - $80.00

U7 (Born in 2020 & 2019) - $115.00 

U9 (Born in 2018 & 2017) - $115.00

Youth Soccer:

U11 (Born in 2015 & 2016) - $165.00 

U13 (Born in 2013 & 2014) - $195.00 

U15 (Born in 2011 & 2012) - $195.00 

U18 (Born in 2008, 2009, & 2010) - $195.00 

Senior (Born in 2007 and older) - $110.00

Payment Policy Information and Reminders:

- When registering with Eastern Eagles I understand that my participants registration will be paid in the full amount by April. 1st 2026 for Youth Soccer and June 30th for Mini Soccer.

- The result of no payment after April. 1st or June 30th will eliminate the players ability to play, unable to tryout or attend evaluation sessions, and will add an additional $40 late fee on top of the regular registration rate.

- The registered player will be unable to participate until these fees are paid.

- The only exception is that a payment extension plan is approved and verified by the Eastern Eagles Board President, Treasurer, and Registrar. 

- I acknowledge that there are discount options - family discount (three children or more), coaching discount (one per family), KidSport, and Jumpstart. And if I wish to receive any of these discounts I will contact the Eastern Eagles Registrar (easterneaglessoccer@gmail.com) before April 1st, 2026, in order to receive these discounts.

Coaching Discount Information

When you have been approved to coach a Mini and/or Youth team, and you have registered as a coach on RAMP, the registrar will apply the discount on RAMP.  There is only one registration discount per coach. For instance: coaching both of your children who are on different teams. The discount will be applied to the higher registration fee of the children. 

Family Discount

A soccer family with 3 or more children registered in Youth or Mini is eligible to receive the family discount. The discount will ONLY occur if you reach out to the Registrar (Katelyn - easterneaglessoccer@gmail.com). There is no way of the system recognizing this discount, the registrar has to enter it manually. The family discount is as follows:

• 3 or more children registered in Youth or Mini (any players in U5 do not apply)
• The oldest two players must pay the full registration fee
• The third and subsequent players will be charged the PEISA fee only…
• PEISA fees for 2026: $37.50 for Mini (U6 to U9) $57.50 for Youth (U11 to U18)
• U5 is already a discounted program and that is why it does not apply for the family discount

Again, if you plan on using these financial supports, please begin the process ASAP.

Late Fees

The registration fees listed above will increase by $40 after the registration deadlines, that are listed at the top of the page. After the registration deadlines, the Youth players registrations will only be accepted if the prospective team and age category needs more players. For Insurance purposes, players MUST be registered through our RAMP system before hitting the field for ANY type of soccer event (ie. evaluation, try out, practice, game). The date cut off is April. 1st.
